Quick Hunt

Today we were in Caledonia to the Vet's office to get a health certificate and Import Permit so we can cross the border into Wisconsin for the falconry meet this next weekend.  After our appointment, we took up the offer of one of the guys who works at the implement store, that knows Rich and his brothers, to fly Ruby on his property.  He assured us there are lots of bunnies there.  After getting directions, we headed over.

Sure enough, there was bunny sign all over the place, tracks and scat, and with very minimal brush whacking, we kicked up a volunteer which Ruby took quickly.  We were about 2 minutes after her release.  I actually like these fast hunts.  We had things to go get done, so I did not want to try and double.  Maybe we'll try for that this weekend when we go to the Wisconsin Falconers meet.

Too bad the GoPro was not charged, as it would have been a nice video.
